we're almost there, it was a good spring meeting! For the next telco, could you please (re-)read the use-case paragraphs and suggest your improvements? I think it would benefit from your input. And while you are in the document, Thomas made a big effort and went over the whole specification doc. He made several suggestions on reordering some paragraphs, which I think we should discuss and decide on together.

other agenda items that come to mind:
Tutorial w/ R? Tutorial on CV use? Website functionality.
