Dear all, I am happy to tell you that we made visible progress towards getting our mzQC specification document 'shipshape'. (Just for completeness sake here is the link to the google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/132F3MBgDJgtFlXxDZhpJ1oHGbKL8pT6dk9fvL55L5_M ) There are a few items left open, and I am positive that we can resolve those _very_ soon! * unit description and integration of the qccv recommendations on GitHub * software lists (and probably more examples but we can add them as they come) * use-case description paragraph for metabolomics and 'core-facilities'/large centres * integration of the companion documents (intro+link in the appendix) * setQuality referencing description As already said, I am in good hope that we can iron these issues out during the call and the following (few) days. After that, whats left is keeping an eye on consistency, proper wording, and presentation. I hope you are as excited about that as I am, speak soon, mths -- Mathias Walzer European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, Cambridge, UK Office: +44 (0)1223 494 2610 E-mail: wa...@eb... |
