[Psidev-qc-dev] Request for new entry to CV - SwaMe metrics

Hello!

I would please like to request the addition of new metrics to mzQC cv and have filled out the relevant form. You will see that many of the metrics overlap with QuaMeter ID-Free, but the N-value differs. For example, where QuaMeter ID-Free may have reported a metric in quartiles, I might now report them in user specified sections/ one value for the entire run.

Please feel free to contact me about anything I may not have explained clearly enough/ done incorrectly.
