Happy new year everyone,

and thanks Wout for the notification, I hope you all had a great start 
into 2020!

I'd like to make the agenda a bit more specific. As mentioned in last 
years last call, I made the spec doc available on our github and lately 
added the missing paragraphs to `5.Relationship to Other 
Specifications`. I also added many comments in sections of the document 
that are eager to be discussed or long for attention.

I think RC1 of the document might almost be there but we need two more 
efforts, namely Section 6.2 CvParameter Values for metrics needs more 
detail (and is closely linked with the creation of examples) and 
resolving the comments. Maybe we can go over the document and comments 
to find solutions and make concrete which examples will be created. You
