[Psidev-ms-dev] correct URL for namespace and QName missing namespace

Following the xlmns link within the imzML1.1.0.xsd doesn't go anywhere, the
link needs to be updated.

schema xmlns:dx="http://psi.hupo.org/ms/mzml"

The following generates an error because the type is missing a namespace.
