For next call's agenda, I'd like to suggest taking up the discussion of 
XML implementation issues and encoding.

Regarding EuBIC meeting, if think it might be nice to use the 
opportunity for a QC project as an open beta of the format. Develop 
impromptu integrations/implementations, with sessions for cv updates and 
visualization. @Wout: what is the target 'audience'? Can we expect 
familiarity with MS-based proteomics? Will there be folks from other 
fields?
