Dear David and all, sorry for the late reply, I have also been running about for meetings. to answer David's question: 1. I will be participating taiwan meeting, so I am happy to represent the QC group if nobody else goes; 2. whatever the unfilled role is fine with me, or happy to serve as co-chair if PSI charter allows. 3. task to undertake: it seems that each essential components of qc standard are taken care of: format, MIAPI-like document and CV/ontolog. I probably can work out a database schema based on qcML, and implement it as qc group's database.
