[Psidev-mod-vocab] Adding PTM into PSI-MOD

To whom it may concerned,

I'm using Pride converter to producing XML file for Pride proteome submission. However, i have a post-translational modification in my file that is  not included in PSI-MOD.

Here is the detail:
