[Psidev-mod-vocab] mapping unimod #866 ICPL:13C(6)2H(4) to PSI-MOD?

Hi John,

one of our PRIDE submitters has used ICPL quadruplex labels and 1 of it is missing from PSI-MOD,

Comparing Unimod and PSI-MOD, there was one modification missing:

Unimod	PSI-MOD
365		00790 and 01230
687		01359 and 01358
364		01287 and 00789
866		missing

Can that be added to PSI-MOD so that the data can be properly represented in PRIDE?
