[Psidev-ms-dev] New commit: Obo-Edit compliant psi-ms.obo and updated Obo-Edit edit SOP

Dear all,

I've just uploaded the a new version of the psi-ms CV.
Is saved using Obo-Edit (refer to my last email for more info).
I've also commited an updated version of the SOP for saving with Obo-Edit.

I'll be two weeks out of office: please, send all your proposals for new 
changes, additions,... when I'm back I'll take care of them.
