[Psidev-ms-dev] Precursor range

Hi

It would be nice to be able to specify a range for a precursor.
This could for instance be used when recording MS^E data.

Actually it's also relevant for single precursor selection, although the
information is rarely in the vendor raw format (as far as I know).
