Dear All,
PSI, HUPO and other work such as yours is of fundamental importance, hence
my email to you and your list.  We covered PSI in an earlier study, as an
example of best practice and the huge challenges you face.

We are conducting a policy study for the European Commission into scientific
digital repositories, needs, opportunities, and a supporting
e-infrastructure.  This study will inform EC policy, including for FP7
funding.

We would particularly value your input!
