[Psidev-ms-dev] mzData Viewer now available

Greetings All,

A while back I posted a notice about some work I was doing to integrate mzData reading capability into the ISB Sashimi tools.  That
work is now included in our InsilicosViewer MS data viewing software, which is available at
http://www.insilicos.com/free_downloads.html.  

The source code for the mzData reading part of the viewer is available at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/sashimi/trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/Parsers/ramp/

Hopefully these resources will be of use to folks implementing systems using mzData.
