I have some questions regarding mzIdent format and data that would be =
nice to incorporate

From the downstream (bioinformatics) analysis of MS identifications, I =
like to see mzIdent as being designed for the capture of the results of =
an analysis.

(It would be nice to enable references to the mzData file(s))

An important component of such functionality would be the inclusion of =
other experimental data that the identification (e.g. quantification =
results besides the information about the peptides and proteins).

Is this supposed to go into the controlled vocabularium?

Does anyone have some examples of the controlled vocabularium for =
mzIdent?

To enable operability between MS identication software and downstream =
bioinformatics analysis tools - the controlled vocabularium should be a =
common format, right?

Else it is hard to know which associated data to import into software =
that uses mzIdent as input.
