Dear Frank, I am not aware of such a converter, and we don't have it as an official contribution to the PSI-MS initiative. Ideally, this should be provided by Applied Biosystems themselves, because they know best about their data representation, and can also provide proper maintenance in case of internal format changes. It might help if you, as a customer, express your interest in the support of PSI-MS open standards to your AB representative. I BCC (for confidentiality reasons) this mail also to AB representatives which have participated in the Nice meeting, perhaps there are already concrete plans for mzData support, or they would be prepared to support development you would be doing. In any case we would be very interested to document and link any suitable tool from the PSI web site. -- Best regards, Henning ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Henning Hermjakob Sequence Database Group Coordinator Email: hh...@eb...
