  As a database programmer for the Johns Hopkins NHLBI Proteomics =
Center, I
am in the process of writing a C# program to translate raw Mass =
Spectrometry
files of varying formats into the mzData format.  I am able to produce =
an
XML file that validates against the mzData schema, but I am unsure if =
the
method I am using to encode the mzArrayBinary and intenArrayBinary =
values
produces the correct output.  I read about the mzData converter and =
mzData
Viewer on the Mass Spectrometry Standards Working Group home page, but =
only
found the converter in CVS.  Does the mzData Viewer exist?  If so, where
exactly can it be found?  Thanks, in advance, for your help and
understanding.
