Dear Troels, the PSI-MS format contains not only the peak-list, but also additional=20= information related to this experiment, such as instrument settings,=20 information on the precursor, administrative information such as user=20 name and information on the software that was processing this data. We presented a converter with graphical user interface at the HUPO=20 conference in Montreal. However, due to many suggestions we received we=20= changed the format and are now in the process of updating the=20 converter. This converter will in the beginning support only simple=20 formats such .dta and .pkl files, but will be continuously extend to=20 support more formats (we did a survey of what formats are commonly used=20= and will work down this list). A first beta-release should be available=20= around January/February and a release shortly after. Please check at=20 http://psi-dev.sf.net for news around this time.
