Hi Steffen, thanks for catching this. I'm pretty sure this is just a multiplicity schema error. <Configuration> should be (1,N). For example if you had optimization information for a transitions for both a TSQ and a QTRAP 5500 (i.e. different optimal collision energies, etc.), then you would have two <Configuration>s in the <ConfigurationList>. I propose we change <Configuration> to (1..N) unless there are objections?
