The official location is 
http://psidev.info/files/ms/mzML/xsd/mzML1.1.0.xsd . It still has the 
spaces before .// . If Mascot's validator is working with 1.1, then it 
isn't using the official location of the schema. It may be using the CVS 
one directly.
