ConfigurationList	List of insutrument configurations used in the validation or optimization of the transitions
   -> fix instrument here
   -> Since <ConfigurationList> also appears in <Target>, I'd suggest 
      to remove "of the transitions" (is there a more general replacement ?)
      and also add "in the measurement, validation or optimization"
