[Psidev-ms-dev] cvParam request for XCMS

Hi,

I'd like to ask for the following CV Term in PSI-MS:

id: MS:1000xxx
name: XCMS
def: "Bioconductor package XCMS for preprocessing high-throughput, untargeted analyte profiling data" [PSI:MS]
is_a: MS:1001456 ! analysis software
is_a: MS:1001457 ! data processing software

Two more questions/comments:
1a) The def: "Analysis software." [PSI:MS]
    is somewhat unspecific. I'd expect this refers 
    to stuff for annotation and identification, i.e. the high-level stuff.

1b) The def: "Conversion software." [PSI:MS] 
    is quite narrow. I'd think that baseline correction, 
    peak picking etc. would also qualify as processing,
    not just format conversion
