[Psidev-ms-dev] PSI-MSS WG call deferred

Hi everyone, I don’t think we have any burning issues that mandate a PSI MSS
WG call this week. Maybe we all can spend the hour working on some of the
todo items instead of talking about them. 8) Please post your progress.



A summary of the current state of things as I understand it:



mzML:

- Manuscript needs to be rewritten (Lennart)



MIAPE:

- Document needs to be revised based on discussion in Toronto and posted for
further discussion and release (Pierre-Alain and Eric)



TraML:

- Latest beta release 0.9.1 is available at:
http://www.psidev.info/index.php?q=node/405

- Implementations are actively sought

- ProteoWizard implementation (Matt)

- OpenMS implementation and on-line validator (Andreas)

- Final preparation of specification document for submission (Eric)

- Writing journal manuscript (Eric)

- Prepare and post some example TraML files (everyone)

- Email out question about <interpretation> problem (Eric)



Please chime in with additional items and let’s plan on discussing next
week.
