- Enhanced AA mass modification encoding

- Returning peptide sequence back to an attribute

- Split retention time window into “retention time start” and “retention
time end” cvParams

- Fredrik proposes to put local retention times under transition instead of
peptide/compound

- Andreas suggests a term for describing the source of an RT (prediction,
database, experimental…)

- What do we do with the <interpretation> cvParams insufficiency problem?
