Just FYI, I have updated InsilicosViewer
(http://www.insilicos.com/Insilicos_Viewer.html) to use the latest
ProteoWizard code for support of mzML 1.1 .

 

Many thanks and mad respect to the ProteoWizard team for all the effort
they're putting into making mzML a successful standard by creating a robust,
tested, and multi-platform reference implementation.
