I'd like to add the following CV terms:

name: intensity normalization
def: "Normalization of data point intensities." [PSI:MS]
is_a: MS:1000543 ! data processing action

name: m/z calibration
def: "Calibration of data point m/z positions." [PSI:MS]
is_a: MS:1000543 ! data processing action

[Term]
id: MS:1001485
name: data filtering
def: "Filtering out part of the data." [PSI:MS]
is_a: MS:1000543 ! data processing action

'data filtering' should be the parent term of 'low intensity data point 
removal' and 'high intensity data point removal' then.
I'll move them if noone objects.
