I didn't realize (forgot?) that I was supposed to update the mapping for 
this. It's now committed:
- added mapping for chromatogram precursor and product elements
- updated isolation window mappings to require "isolation window target 
m/z" and allow other attributes (i.e. lower and upper offsets)
