In the PI CV there are peptide and protein Global FDRs.

The location for some of the terms in the schema must change.

-SpectrumIdentificationList (peptide global FDR).
-ProteinIdentificationList (protein global FDR).

Solution: Collapse the two terms into one (global FDR). Add this global FDR  
to the
example.
