Terms needed for the SpectraST example

output file type is pepXML (this file type is not specific to SpectraST)

and two peptide/spectra scores
dotvalue : the dot product of two spectra, measuring spectral similarity
dot_biasvalue : a measure of how much of the dot product is dominated by a  
few peaks
