We specify the source file, from which the AnalysisXML file was created and
the Spectra_Data location.

For our MPC use case both are URIs to database locations which I created  
like this:

location="proteinscape://www.medizinisches-proteom-center.de/PSServer/Project/Sample/Separation_1D_LC/Fraction_X/SpectraData/Results1"/>
<SpectraData id="LCMALDI_spectra"
location="proteinscape://www.medizinisches-proteom-center.de/PSServer/Project/Sample/Separation_1D_LC/Fraction_X"/>

1.) Was it intended like that?
2.) I suggest to rename <SourceFile> to <SourceData> (in obo, too).
