Hi Andreas,

Thanks. I've updated the Mascot examples, so if you could run them 
through the validator again, that would be great.

I've removed:
<AnalysisSampleCollection>
from the examples because this information is not available for an 
automated export script.

<SearchDatabase>
   <pf:fileFormat>
We need CV for 'Fasta file'
