[Psidev-pi-dev] Fragment Ion Annotations in analysisXML

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago a few potential terms related to the annotation of
fragment ions were added to the issues list.  Since then, David Creasy has
added a few additional terms too.  Please take a look and add your comments:

Once the list of terms have been agreed, I can then add them to the OBO
file.  (So any opinions about the term relationships in the OBO file to
support this would also be welcome!)
