[Psidev-pi-dev] Schema update

Hi all,

 

A few minor updates to the schema today (mainly tidying it up):

 

·         Generally added documentation; 

·         Changed data type of frames from string to list of integers (space separated);

·         Removed all complex types in the quantitation package (convexHull, features etc.);

·         Removed PolypeptideProcess and PolypeptideProcessProtocol (these were not reachable from the root anyway);

·         Removed TerminalSpecificityType (not used anywhere).

 

I think almost all elements are now documented - we should continue to work on improving the docs within the XSD then auto-generate the content of the spec document from this (as for mzML).
