Dear PSI-MS Enthousiasts, Thanks to the pioneering effort by Marc Sturm, we now have an XSL stylesheet that transforms a mapping file in a relatively nicely readable web page. The original XSL made by Marc can be found at the URL included in his original message below, whereas my revised one is now committed to the PSI validator framework SVN repository. You can access this file here: https://psidev.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/psidev/psi/tools/current/xsl/cv-mapping/CvMappingRules.xsl I have now added a reference to this stylesheet in the ms-mapping.xml file (which is also in the PSI SVN repository, in our mzML validator project), so this file is now automatically rendered into something nice (provided you're online) when opened in a browser. If you want to give it a shot, you can access the file here: https://psidev.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/psidev/psi/mzml/validator/ms-mapping.xml Enjoy, lnnrt.
