[Psidev-ms-dev] Update to the MS CV

Hi everyone, I have updated the controlled vocabulary. I have tidied the
unit section:

 

- All unit entries that already have another entry in the Unit Ontology
have been obsoleted

- Remaining unit entries have marginally better definitions

 

What remains is:

 - [energy unit] -> [percent collision energy]

 - [intensity unit] -> [number of counts]

 - [intensity unit] -> [percent of base peak]

 

Maybe the [number of counts] should be obsoleted in favor of the UO term
[count]?

 

Please make sure that your software is not using these terms, or any
term with:

is_obsolete: true

 

Current revision is now:

remark: release date: 2008-06-12
