Does anyone have input to how locksprayer reference scans should be saved?
Some thoughts:
- It is actually a separate sample, is it supported to have multiple 
samples in mzML yet?
- If a separate sample is saved in the mzML then that sample could have 
the property of being a reference sample, possibly indicating the 
contents and the masses to be used for calibration.
- Those properties might also be saved in the instrument description, by 
the lockspray source, or in the scan description.
