Since Matt's <chromatogramList> looks almost like <spectrumList>, does
it make sense to just reuse/generalize and allow multiple <spectrumList>
elements?

I think this has been discussed earlier, but it's on my mind since I was
thinking about the parsing of <chromatogramList>.

The advantages to generalization are:
1) easier writing and maintenance of schema
2) much less error-prone coding and maintenance of parsers/writers
3) automatically handles stuff like a list of UV spectra, or whatever
new technology is used inline with mass spec in the future
