[Psidev-ms-dev] xsd changes

Dear PSI-MS Enthousiasts,


Darren has provided some updates to the XSD (based on the original mzML 
0.99.1, so I manually diff'ed them into the latest snapshot), and Matt 
has suggested a nice schema addition for chromatograms.

This new snapshot has all of that.
