Hi all, I'm happy to announce the official release of ProteoWizard, available on SourceForge under the Apache license. Codebase is available through public subversion, and the first source and binary (Windows and Linux i386) packages are available for download. The binary tools packages may be of interest to this group of mzML enthusiasts: msconvert: converts RAW -> mzML <-> mzXML, (and more vendor formats hopefully soon with the help of Matt Chambers!) msaccess: extracts spectrum data & metadata, selected ion chromatograms, pseudo-2D-gel image generation (works on RAW/mzML/mzXML equally well, except no RAW on Linux) Here's the website: http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net I'll be presenting a poster about ProteoWizard this Tuesday at US HUPO -- I'd love to meet any of you who will be there!
