[Psidev-ms-dev] ABI 4000 series data conversion to mzML

Hi all,

This message is a request to any subscribers to this group that have 
access to an ABI 4000 series instrument with its corresponding (Oracle?) 
database. I am wondering how conversion from such instruments will be 
handled with mzML since it is conceivable that the conversion will not 
happen from a source FILE, merely a "source" (in this case, a database). 
I am not aware of provisions in mzML to handle a data source like this 
and as I understand it, the conversion from database to file that 
currently exists is quite ugly (lots of T2D files).
