#44 Add client-side XSLT test viewer to CVS

- Add box to copy & paste XML (to overcome domain
security restriction)
- Add note to say "using client-side XSLT processor"
- Use iframe for HTML & XML (but still give source in
textarea underneath)
- Test in IE6 (see if AJAXLST works better than
Sarissa): Cytrix icaclient
