#2 xmlMakerFlattener.zip v1.4 doens't unzip

I've downloaded xmlMakerFlattener.zip v1.4 (many times
on different computers (Win2000 & WinXP)) and using
both WinZIP and WinAce neither are able to unzip the
file. (see attachment for pic of WinZIP error message).

BTW, v1.3 unzips fine - about to have a play.
