I have downloaded this app and couldn't find any installation guide or guidelines to use. Appreciate if you can post the required guidelines.

The information is listed in the files section but hers a quick way how..
extract the pserv folder into your web server folder "c:xampp\htdocs" or "c:wamp\www"
navigate to the pserv\conn\conn.php file and edit the information according to your database.
Save and refresh pserv page and that's it.
Download the updated version before you do and also leave a line on the facebook page
