#10 pserv 3.4 build and configure patch

Hi.

This patch modifies pserv to configure "automagically"
pserv.conf file, default directories options changing
config.h.in and main.h.

I'm using autoconf 2.59 and automake 1.9.5, so if you
don't what to patch 'configure', 'Makefile.in' and
so on please extract just the patches that modifies
'configure.ac', 'Makefile.am', 'pserv.conf',
'pserv.conf.in', 'config.h.in' and 'main.h'.

Works for me.... but more testing should be
nice.
