#5 Allow credit to be applied at the POS

Program the system so that credits may be applied at the terminals by swiping the students ID card (not typing in bar codes on the screen) as well as through the web interface. The ability to do credits both ways will help immensely. There is not a lot of down time for cashiers to be inputting the money by hand. This will forever stop the idea of letting the student get lunch on credit hoping they will come back and pay up. Also, it will help when a student is purchasing something and they want the rest of the money to go on account to use later, the money would pay for their purchase and the rest would go on account.
