[Ps2hacking-devel] eCos/RedBoot update

Hello hackers,

As you are aware RedBoot's hardware initialization seems insufficient
for the Linux kernel, but I've finally fixed this.  The standard
/boot/vmlinux-2.2.1_ps2 should properly boot with the current
eCos/RedBoot.  Try out redboot.elf-010716.

In this release you should use the "exec" command instread of "go".
And note that any exec options like specifying kernel command line is
not implemented yet.
