I kept looking at my fakeroot problems that commands executed from a Makefile
where not properly "fakerooted" and came to the conclusion, that "make" which
comes with PS2 Linux Kit was somehow borken. It didn't pass the LD_PRELOAD
environment variable under all circumstances.
Compiling and installing Debian's make solved this.

# Anybody know where ptex is on the DVD? Can't find it and texi2dvi needs it.
