Aside from the first thumbnail, the thumbnail and caption layers are _not_ getting moved to the correct place in the layer stack.

Note that is only apparent when cell layers aren't flattened or if there is an issue with overlapping layer content with existing layers in the template.

    There was a bug in stdlib.js with getLayerIndex returning the index of the active layer instead of the index of the desired layer.

    Fixed.
