<- HTTP/1.0 405 Method Not Allowed HTTP return code: 405 Method Not Allowed It's trying to use HTTP 1.0 There might be an option in the apache config which is forcing 1.0 to be used. CONNECT: Reserved for use with tunneling (e.g. SSL) via a proxy server. This method is defined only for HTTP version 1.1, not the earlier version 1.0.
