2002-03-22a release notes: 

Note: when unzipping, make sure you preserve the directory 
structure (for the help files, in particular). In WinZip, tick 'use 
folder names'. 

Mainly bug fixes in this release. The GUI fields and buttons now 
have context-sensitive help 'balloons'. Hopefully that will make 
people forget that I have not moved all those complicated buttons 
and things into the 'Advanced' window yet :-). The host(proxy) 
database has had a good spring cleaning too. 

Documentation has actually been read through and brought up to 
date. 

I didn't get much feedback on the last release - can I assume it 
was perfect, no bugs? :-)
