[proxyTools-announce] new proxyTools and localProxy package up now

Hi,

I got the new package release of proxyTools and localProxy up 
to SourceForge today. The whole shebang is now under the 
project proxyTools. I'll hide the localProxy packages as soon 
as SourceForge get rid of the bugs that are stopping access to 
this. The new web interface is starting - crude (and not debugged 
completely, I'm sure) for now, but commands can be sent to LP 
from your browser via a URL like:
http://user:password@for.lp/perl command

The new package is called 2001-12-01 (sorry!), and is at:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/proxytools/2001-12-01.zip
